In the app: tap your photo, open Help and choose "Send a message to support". You can attach screenshots.

By email: write to suportenuvetali@gmail.com and tell us your account email.

Deleted something by mistake? Deleted photos, videos, documents, entries, albums and accounts are kept in a safety copy for up to 30 days. Contact support within that period.

To delete your account and your data: in the app, tap your photo, open Settings and choose Delete account. If you have a paid plan, cancel the subscription in the store first.
